Are you interested in earning a free registration to the 2015 SWS Annual Meeting at the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence, Rhode Island, May 31 – June 4? We are looking for a photographer to shoot photos during our key educational sessions (speaker, audience shots), exhibit program and awards lunch/membership meeting. In exchange for your photography skills, we'll provide you with a complimentary registration to the event.

Estimated schedule:
Monday – Thursday, 8:30 – 9:30 am
Keynote speaker

Monday, 9:30 – noon
exhibits
workshops
staff/leader headshots

Tuesday, 11:30 am – 1:00 pm
Awards Lunch/Business Meeting

Wednesday, 4:30 – 8:30 pm
Climate Change and Wetlands Panel:
Poster session/Silent Auction reception

There may be other photo opps during these times as assigned.

Following the job, the photographer will provide a DVD/thumb drive with all photos from the event.
