Hi - the Town of Bar Harbor is looking to write an RFP for wetland mapping. The project is to confirm the resource protection zone on our zoning map. The product is a map confirmed and field tested. In order to write an RFP that is reasonable and not to re-invent the wheel, I was wondering if anyone had an example or could help us write it. I worked for the City of Tallahassee a decade ago and Wendy was the planning director. Protecting the environment is a full contact sport in Tallahassee and the Florida sunshine laws are very strict about procurement. Wendy can probably point you quickly to some good sources.
