I am the Chair of a local Conservation Commission and I am fighting an uphill battle to save a wetland (Ambrose Swamp) from a developer who plans to buils as many as 24 condo units on 1.5 acres adjacent to the swamp. (see attached letter to the editor) Please advise what resources are available besides the DEM who has advised me that they cannot help because they will have to certify the development (or not) when the permit application comes before them. We need help indeveloping some baseline studies ( if they do not already exist) Olease advise.
