The registration fees include a program booklet with schedule and extended abstracts, admission to technical sessions, symposia, coffee breaks, Monday night mixer/formal poster session, Tuesday noon awards lucheon, the Wednesday night banquet, and a souvenir.

Note! Most of these tours have limits on capacity and participation. Registration forms postmarked after April 15, 1998, will not be guaranteed field tour or workshop availability.

All payments are due 30 days after registration is received by Logistics LLC. All registrations which are not paid in full within 30 days will be automatically cancelled without notification. Confirmation of registration will be mailed to participants upon receipt of full payment.
