Airline Special Rates
American Airlines is pleased to offer a 5% discount for conference attendees. The discount is valid for travel to and from all markets where American Airlines, American Eagle, American Airline Codeshares, and all oneworld carriers provides service, as long as one segment is on American Airlines.
Oneworld carriers are as follows: American Airlines; Cathay Pacific Airways, Finnair, Lan Airlines, British Airways, Quantas Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus.

Please note that if tickets are purchased via phone or at the airport, additional ticketing fees may apply. There is not a ticketing fee for reservations made and purchased on www.AA.com.
Car Rental Special Rates
Avis Rent-a-Car is offering a discount to SWS 2007 Conference attendees, which can range from 5% - 7% off regular prices.

Other Transportation Information
Transportation to/from the Airport:
Taxi fare is
currently approximately $30-40 each way to and from the airport for one
or two people sharing a cab. This price is subject to change. Plan on about
30-45 minutes to get to the hotel.
Super
Shuttle is available at the airport and the hotel. It
drops off and
picks up every 25 and 55 after the hour. The cost is $12.00 a person, and
if there are multiple people in the party, it is $12.00 for the first person
and $8.00 each additional person.
There is also a bus service (Yolo Bus) that serves downtown directly from the airport. The trip is only 20 minutes and costs $1.50 http://www.yolobus.com/m3.html. It stops right in front of the Convention Center.
