POSTERS
There will be two 2-day poster sessions this year; one will be on Monday-Tuesday with a reception Monday evening and the other will run Wednesday-Thursday with a reception on Thursday evening. Poster presenters are required to stand by their posters during the reception on the evening of their session. The poster receptions will provide presenters with an opportunity to discuss their work with conference participants. Judging of student posters will also occur during these receptions.
Session 1
Monday 6/28, 12:00-4:00 pm: Posters up
Monday 6/28, 5:30-7:30 pm: Poster reception / raffle
(all Session 1 posters to be removed by 6:00 pm Tuesday evening)
Session 2
Wednesday 6/30: Posters up
Thursday 7/1, 6:00-8:00 pm: Poster reception / silent auction
(all Session 2 posters to be removed immediately after reception)
Poster format
- Posters will be displayed on 4' x 8' boards; presenters should design their posters to fit this space with a small margin.
- Posters should be composed of lightweight, durable material.
- Materials for mounting posters (push pins) will be provided.
