Welcome to the 2009 SWS-WWA-WBS Joint Meeting Website

POSTER SESSION

There will be two 2-day poster sessions this year; one will run Monday-Tuesday with a reception Tuesday evening and the other will run Wednesday-Thursday with a reception on Thursday evening. Poster presenters are required to stand by their posters during the reception on the second evening of their session. The poster receptions will provide presenters with an opportunity to discuss their work with conference participants; judging of student posters occurs will also occur during the receptions.

Session 1
Monday 6/22: Posters up
Tuesday 6/23, 5-6:30 pm: Poster reception

Session 2
Wednesday 6/24: Posters up
Thursday 6/25, 5-6:30 pm: Poster reception

Poster format

  1. Posters will be displayed on 4' x 8' boards; presenters should design their posters to fit this space with a small margin
  2. Posters should be composed of lightweight, durable material.
  3. Materials for mounting posters (push pins) will be provided.
